monday breakfast:a great tasting meal, which keeps you going all day. take a cup of oats, add boiling water, place it in the microwave, and leave it for a couple minutes. opening the microwave and stirring the oats every 30 seconds or so to prevent it from spilling over the side of the bowl.
add butter, sugar, milk and salt (the secret ingredients), and you have the perfect bowl of oats
