oats
monday breakfast:i was running to an early 10am meeting on monday, so quickly had the berrocca, and a cup of coffee together with a bowl of jungle oats. nothing different about the jungle oats, except that i added a drop of honey to the oats, which gave it a sweet taste - but countered by one of the 4 special ingredients, salt, it tastes great.
